1. Spring 2025 virtual pre-orientation sessions will be held on Friday, 20 December and Monday, 30 December 2024:
Purpose: An informational session to answer questions regarding AFROTC Det 159 enrollment/registration, forms, and application status.

2. Spring 2025 In-Person NSOP will be held on Friday, 3 January 2025:
Purpose: An AFROTC Det 159 program orientation and tour for students and their families.
Location: University of Central Florida Campus, Classroom Bldg II, Rm 101
Time: 0900-1200 (Showtime 0815)
Attire: Business Casual, and/or khakis and polos, NO jeans.

3. MANDATORY items to UPLOAD PRIOR in WINGS or HANDCARRY to the 3 January 2025 NSOP event:
– Original Birth Certificate and Social Security Card (for verification)
– DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (if applicable)
– JROTC completion, BSA Eagle Scout, and/or GSA Gold Palm certificates (if applicable)
– Selective Service Registration Card (males only) or downloaded e-document. Please register at https://www.sss.gov/register/ **You must receive a Selective Service Registration number; you will need this to complete your Wings enrollment**
– Official college transcripts (as applicable)
– Completed AFROTC Form 28 Pre-Participatory Sports Physical, or any valid Sports Physical by a licensed medical provider **Completed no earlier than 30 days before the term start date**
– ANY civil involvements (traffic tickets, all civil/military/institutional infractions, etc. – except parking tickets) **If not previously uploaded and verified in Wings, MUST present physical copies of citations/infractions – NO Exceptions**
4. As the date approaches, additional information regarding parking and the agenda for NSOP will follow in a separate email. Please continue to monitor our website for additional updates.
